Pied De Cochon Tourtière Is Coming To Town

You know the holiday season is here when it’s time to place your Pied de Cochon tourtière order.

The  from Montreal’s Au Pied de Cochon deserves its best-in-class reputation.  And what could be better on a cold night than a meat pie with perfect pastry and a just-right mix of ground pork, braised pork shoulder, ground pork,  onions, potatoes, and mushrooms?

One that you don’t have to make yourself, of course.

You can order the traditional Québécois Christmas Eve meal from Pied de Cochon starting today until Thursday, December 15th.  PDC’s tourtieres come frozen, will last up to six months and are perfect for drop-in guests or those nights that you’re just not into cooking. While you’re at it, their home-made PDC ketchup, foie gras terrine and apple jelly would make great gifts.

More details are available at Au Pied de Cochon.  PDC offers delivery to the island of Montreal – free if your food order is over 130$. Or pick-up directly at La Cabane PDC.  Lucky Toronto gets a pop-up, set for December 15-16  at Spaces Self Storage at 356 Eastern Avenue from 11 am to 3 pm.  For the shorter Toronto menu, click here.

The team will also be doing drop-offs in Shawinigan (December 9th), Lévis (December 3rd) and Québec (December 2nd).

Your only challenge now?   Trying to make your stash last till 2018.
