Le Trou cocktail will warm you right up by combining maple syrup, Calvados and cedar infusion.

- 1 bar spoon of molasses
- 2 oz Mount Gay XO Rum
- 3 dashes of Angostura Bitters
- Orange zest
- Add bitters, orange zest and molasses to a rocks glass.
- Lightly muddle to express the oils in the orange zest.
- Add 2 oz of Mount Gay XO.
- Fill the glass halfway with ice and stir to dilute and chill.
- Top the glass with ice and stir again.
- Garnish with orange zest.
