INGREDIENTS
- 8 bananas, not too ripe
- 2 tbsp (30 ml) lemon juice
- 1/2 cup (120 ml) pure maple syrup
- 2 tbsp (30 ml) melted butter
- 2 tbsp (30 ml) frozen orange juice
- 1/4 tsp (1.25 ml) powdered cinnamon
- 4 tbsp (60 ml) Coronet V.S.Q. brandy

METHOD
- Peel bananas and place in a shallow baking pan.
- Combine lemon juice, maple syrup, butter and orange juice, and pour over bananas.
- Sprinkle with cinnamon.
- Bake at 325 °F for 30 minutes, basting occasionally.
- Before serving, sprinkle with brandy and ignite. Serve flaming.
