Barchef owner-mixologist Frankie Solarik—part magician, part scientist—has been tickling all senses with his modernist cocktails in this dimly lit cavern since 2008.

Often imitated, the never-duplicated immersive experience features theatrical drinks that glow, smoke and even evoke Japanese pebble gardens shrouded in eucalyptus mist and are poured over 14-inch cubes of ice made from Nigori sake and white chocolate.
