Co-owner and head mixologist Frankie Solarik—part magician, part scientist—has been tickling all senses with his culinary approach to modernist cocktails since 2008. His immersive drinks are theatrical dioramas that glow, smoke, flutter, melt and bubble while, say, evoking the essence of autumn or transporting guests to a Japanese garden.
