Toronto’s Mildred’s Temple Kitchen felt like centre of the Canadian culinary universe on April 10th as the movers and shakers of the Canadian food scene gathered to toast the release of the Canada’s 100 Best Restaurants 2018 list.
Editor-in-Chief Jacob Richler and Publisher Geoffrey Dawe unveiled the 4th annual rankings and handed out awards. Alo’s Patrick Kriss took top honours for Outstanding Chef and Best Restaurant, while La Banane was awarded Best New Restaurant, Marc Lepine took home the Most Innovative Chef award, and extraordinary chef Lynn Crawford was honoured with a Lifetime Achievement award.
