Citrus & Cane is a lovingly restored retro-’70s tropical lounge with sunken barroom, rattan furniture and brass fixtures galore. On a dodgy stretch of Douglas Street, bartender-owners Tim Siebert and Jessa Gildersleeve aim to modernize tiki cocktails with a list that’s heavy on the rum. Standouts include a Cool Kid Hi-Ball banana liqueur + cane cola and a Boujee Mai Tai with Grand Marnier Cuvée du Centenaire.
