All dark wood with art nouveau accents, Clementine echoes a bygone era, complete with a long list of classic cocktails titled Try Before You Die and bolstered by $10 prices on Tuesdays. Modern house cocktails breathe new life into such overlooked spirits as green Chartreuse, shaken with pandan liqueur in the Langkawi sour or, in the Ibarra, mixed with white chocolate mezcal, one of many intriguing infusions.
