Intrepid guests at this modernist cocktail bar (behind the restaurant Marked) find themselves on a thirst-quenching treasure hunt, punctuated with magic, nitro smoke and a book of tall tales. The drink list is divided into five chapters that recount the swashbuckling adventures of Spanish buccaneer Salvador Morales. Each chapter is paired with a theatrical technique (porthole infusions, flash- frozen herbs crushed into powders, etc.) for exquisite elixirs crafted à la minute.
