The Okanagan Valley has many great winery bars, but Eliza is its first serious wine bar — one that confidently showcases the region against benchmark international labels. In a cozy brick-lined cellar underneath the heritage Naramata Inn, small-lot rarities from near and far cozy up with local back vintages poured in Time Capsule Flights. A recent example featured 2013 vintages from CedarCreek, Tightrope and Orofino.
