Chefs David Gauthier and Emily Homsy (now FOH) turned a dive bar on Saint-Denis into a long, elegant space with a creative menu drawing on his Québécois roots and her Egyptian grandmother’s cooking. The bistro fare is impeccably prepared and generously plated. Original cocktails and natural wine round out the picture.
