INGREDIENTS

• 1.5 oz Foursqaure Dominion Serires Edition
• 2.75 oz Dolin Dry Vermouth
• 5 oz Pierre Ferrand Dry Curaçao
• 1.5 barspoon of homemade grenadine (pomegranate juice, cane sugar, orange blossom water, cloves)
• 2 dashes of Regan’s Orange Bitters

METHOD

Combine all ingredients in a yarai mixing glass, add ice and then stir for 50 revolutions. Strain into a well chilled martini glass, and garnish with a lemon peel, but an orange peel will do nicely as well.

*Up the level of Dry Curaçao and grenadine due to the dry nature of the base spirit. With a sweeter rum, bring them back to .25 oz and 1 barspoon respectively, or else the drink will be a bit cloying.
