CONTEST CLOSED – Nation’s Feast Contest

Restaurants Canada is the premium trade show for the Canadian hospitality business.

This year they’ve pulled out all the stops with Nation’s Feast at Casa Loma.  Billed as the ultimate culinary tribute to Canadian cuisine, they’ve invited some of the best chefs from across the country, who will work with signature ingredients to create their own brand of culinary magic.

Nation’s Feast chefs include:

Todd Perrin from Mallard Cottage

Jason Bangerter of Langdon Hall in Cambridge

Connie DeSousa and John Jackson of CHARCUT Roast House in Calgary

Jesse Vergen of Saint John Ale House

Renée Lavallée of Canteen in Dartmouth

Rich Francis of 7th Fire in Saskatoon

Andrew Gilbutowicz of Wayfarer Oyster Bar in Whitehorse

Adam Donnelly of Segovia in Winnipeg

Robert Belcham of Vancouver’s Campagnolo

With a portion of the proceeds (tickets are $150) being donated to Community Food Centres Canada, every altruistic food lover in Toronto has made this show a sellout.

But not for two Lucky Canada’s 100 Best fans.  We’ve got two tickets to Nation’s Feast on Monday, Feb 27 from  6 – 10 PM at Casa Loma
