With plenty of green ivy cascading from planters mounted high on the walls that are bathed in a hot-pink glow, Papillon Cocktail Bar — a.k.a Papi’s — feels like a tropical escape. Owner Ricky Lopez moved to St. John’s from Honduras to become a mechanical engineer but decided instead to fill the local need for an intimate craft cocktail bar.
