
WHAT YOU’LL NEED
- 2 oz Deanston Virgin Oak
- 1 Raw Sugar Cube
- 2 Dashes of Bitters (Cabaret, Winter Spice or Saffron Mango Black Cloud Bitters)
- Spirits with Smoke Smoking Board select the wood of your choice
HOW TO MAKE IT
In an old fashioned glass, combine 1 sugar cube and 2 to 3 dashes of bitters and muddle. Add 2 oz of Deanston Virgin Oak Single Malt Scotch Whisky add ice and stir. *Typically stir 20 rotations. Strain into smoked glass, add fresh ice and serve. Option to express the oil of an orange peel over your final serve.
