Canada’s 100 Best heads to Montreal for an all-star 10th Anniversary collab dinner on September 25th.
Join us for the third installment and only Montreal stop of our 10th-anniversary dinner series. The celebratory event will see chef Normand Laprise from our inaugural #1 restaurant Toqué!, host two-Michelin-starred Patrick Kriss, executive chef of four-time #1 ranked Alo, in Toronto. Other guest chefs include star Toqué! alumni and Montréal Plaza culinary masterminds Cheryl Johnson and Charles-Antoine Crête, as well as farmer-chef Dominic Labelle of Parcelles in the Eastern Townships. Each of the chefs will contribute a signature canapé or hors d’oeuvre. Kriss and Labelle will both contribute one savoury course that represents their singular style. Laprise will produce two, while Johnson and Crête orchestrate amuse-bouche and dessert. Expect the finest seasonal Quebec products – from sweet corn to sucrine, bluefin tuna, razor clams and beef from la Ferme Bouffard & Fils – along with a complement of international delicacies (yes, caviar). Above all, expect some of the best of Canada’s 100 Best, a showcase of extraordinary and complementary Canadian talent – and an evening to remember.
