Held annually in Grand Cayman each January, Cayman Cookout combines two of our favourite things: food and the perfect Caribbean setting.
Cayman Cookout 2017 is a dazzling four-day epicurean feast for the senses. This year will feature an incredible roster of acclaimed chefs, sommeliers and mixologists to provide guests with the ultimate immersion course in the destination’s unmatched wine and culinary scene.
It’s a foodie and oenophile’s dream come true: rubbing shoulders with superstar chefs, expert demonstrations, exclusive wine tastings and mixology classes – all led by some of the most influential names in the industry.
Conceived by Le Bernardin‘s Michelin-starred Chef Eric Ripert to be the ultimate food festival in one of the world’s most beautiful settings, Cayman Cookout 2017 will bring together Chef Ripert and culinary all-stars Anthony Bourdain, José Andrés and (for the first time) Emeril Lagasse.
Also along for the culinary adventure are Christina Tosi, Terrance Brennan, Daniel Humm, Tim Love, and Roland Passot, as well as famed mixologists Charles Joly and Bob Peters.
Hosted at the opulent Ritz-Carlton, Grand Cayman on famed Seven Mile Beach, Cayman Cookout is THE don’t-miss-it food and wine festival in the Culinary Capital of the Caribbean set against the stunning backdrop of the Cayman Islands.
