All Clad does its part to support the incredible new culinary talent flourishing in Canada.
Last year, All Clad recognized the work of the country’s Best Emerging Chefs—CMH-K2 Lodge’s Paul Moran, Cara Davis of George restaurant and Richmond Station’s Hayden Johnston.
This year, it’s stepping up to acknowledge Canada’s 100 Best New Restaurant 2016—Toronto’s Alo. Head chef Patrick Kriss will be given the opportunity to create a customized package of All Clad products to fit his culinary needs.
The package will be worth close to $2,000, and may well include pieces from the new All Clad d7 Stainless Collection, which fuses together seven alternating layers of metal to combine the durability and heat retention of stainless steel with the even heat distribution capabilities of aluminum. While the use of these two different metals mimics that of traditional cast iron, the d7 collection is 25% lighter than most cast iron vessels and heats up significantly faster.
Congratulations to Alo and thank you to All Clad for their support.
