The only restaurant in Ontario awarded the AAA/CAA Five-Diamond rating, the Langdon Hall dining room is led by Executive Chef Jason Bangerter—a favourite on the Canadian culinary scene. His creativity and dedication to sustainability make for an ever-changing menu focused on seasonal produce grown in the Langdon gardens or from a network of local suppliers who share the same ethics. “The philosophy of our partners has to be the same as ours, especially when it comes to sustainability, sourcing, recycling and composting”, says Vea.
