The latest oven from the company that two decades back introduced the home cook to the combi steam oven genuinely has it all. Think five humidity settings, steam temperatures that run to 450°F, and effortless cooking all around. Cooking with steam offers significant advantages over conventional heat: faster cooking times, more even cooking results, and improved browning–especially when it comes to the crust on freshly baked bread. This steam oven also functions as a sous-vide cooker. And foods can be vacuum-sealed for the purpose of being cooked that way using the built-in vacuum chamber in the pull-out drawer.
