“We are very much a Spanish restaurant and bar. We wanted to capture what it’s like to be in a busy tapas bar in Barcelona, Madrid and San Sebastian. So, it’s supposed to be kind of aggressive, it’s supposed to be a little loud, it’s meant to feel crowded and fun.
