Last spring, Boulevard was quick off the mark with BLVD Provisions, which offered ready-to-eat meals and meal kits with premium proteins for pickup or vancouver-wide delivery. even after reopening — with new prix-fixe menus for adults and kids — they kept the excellent program running, making life easier for frazzled home cooks and also providing a fun challenge to those attempting to recreate Alex Chen’s lavish seasonal feasts and theatrical salt-crusted sea bream (now packaged with its own instructional video).
