Goodbye, Avocado Gimlet. Hello, Meat Hook #2 with marrow-infused whisky. Rob Williams (previously Q at The Empress) made some tough menu edits when he took over the reins at this beloved nine-seat bar, which fronts the eponymously named restaurant. His seasonal cocktails, grounded in the classics, showcase B.C. spirits and are as suave as this high-ceilinged cubbyhole in the heart of historic Gastown.
