2 oz WHITLEY NEILL Pink Grapefruit Gin

0.5 oz Luxardo Maraschino Liqueur 0.75 oz Fresh lime juice
1 oz Fresh Grapefruit juice
0.75 oz Banana syrup

*Banana syrup:

• 250ml of water
• 250ml of castor sugar • 1 ripe banana slice

Add sugar and water to the pot and bring to a boil. Let boil for about 5-8 minutes. Remove from heat and let simmer for 2-3 minutes. Add banana and throw in the peel as well for added flavour. Let steep for around 15-20 minutes. Strain liquid into a container. Keep refrigerated.


Add all ingredients to shaker or chosen vessel. Add a generous amount of ice. Shake fast and vigorously. Strain into chosen glass (Ideally coupe glass). Garnish with lime zest or wheel.
