For a place too underground (literally) for something as square as a conventional street address, The Coldroom puts a premium on traditional decorum (house rules include no cursing). But if you behave like an angel, this underworld will reward you handsomely — a cocktail from the menu “inspired by the sites and suburbs of Montreal” or, for the intrepid off-roader, something sur-mesure.
