There’s no sign, just a small logo of a rubber duck above an unmarked, handle-less door. And, in classic speakeasy style, you’ll have to wait for the bouncer to let you in. But persistence and patience have their rewards. In this case, a cocktail inspired by the owners’ fave Montreal restaurants – perhaps a boozy Gibeau Orange Julep. Or, for the intrepid off-roader, something sur-mesure.
