The list of the World’s 50 Best Bars for 2016 has been announced.

The Dead Rabbit Grocery and Grog has been crowned the world’s best bar by the World’s 50 Best Bars team.

After two years as No. 2, the much-lauded bar in the Financial District of New York has knocked London’s Artesian from the No. 1 spot – a title it has held for a remarkable four years.

Travellers to London and New York City take note: those cities were home to nine of the top ten.

Let’s see Canada on that list for 2017 – we’ve certainly got the talent.
