UNGAVA YELLOW LIGHT SOUR
INGREDIENTS

• 2 oz. UNGAVA GIN
• 1 oz. fresh lemon
• 3⁄4 oz. simple syrup
• 3 dashes of grapefruit bitters • fresh egg white

PREPARATION

Add ingredients to shaker and dry shake (no ice) for about 30 seconds.

Add ice and shake hard until well blended and chilled. Fine strain up in a chilled glass.
