It’s the 10th Anniversary list issue of Canada’s 100 Best Restaurants! Congratulations are due for a second time to Montreal’s Mon Lapin, a restaurant for our times. Hats off to Marco Frappier, Jessica Noël, Vanya Filipovic, Alex Landry, Marc-Antoine Gélinas and the rest of their exceptional team. Also, a special nod to Kenta Takahashi (of Vancouver’s wonderful Boulevard) for being voted Best Pastry Chef for the third time running. Congratulations to all of the incredible restaurants on the list – and the teams behind them. Thank you to Canada’s community of great chefs for giving us so much to write about over the last decade.
