At Rob Rossi and David Minicucci’s casual first restaurant, opened in 2018, classic Italian cuisine gets a fresh spin that’s intriguing and correct. An excellent example? La Giulietta, their namesake pizza — topped with lardo di Modena, smoked scamorza and Sicilian pistachio — is as close to perfection as pizza gets. Cocktails and wines are well chosen, service warm and professional.
