Hearth is all about hearty, homey dishes and cozy ambience. Ingredients are local and, sometimes, foraged. An everchanging menu features dishes inspired by grandma’s kitchen — to wit, honey-glazed carrots with spätzle, goat cheese and chickpeas; pork belly with marinated navy beans; and potato-and-ricotta agnolotti with fennel. Cocktails are both classic and inventive.
