Spirit-free Spice Road
Yuzu piña colada with Seedlip Spice, masala chai, coconut, lime, pineapple, cardamom, nutmeg, mint
INGREDIENTS
- 45ml of Seedlip Spice 94
- 15ml of HP Juniper Non-Alcoholic Whisky
- 60ml Chai Coco Reàl*
- 15ml yuzu Juice
- 1 dash Lime Leaf Bitters
- 1 dash Chocolate bitters
- 1 dash Cardamom Bitters
*Combine 500ml of water with 75g of masala chai. Allow to steep for 1 hour. Strain tea and combine over low heat with 500ml of Coco Reàl sweetened coconut cream.
METHOD
Whip shake all ingredients with one ice cube to combine. Strain into a Collins glass filled with crushed ice. Swizzle to combine. Top with crushed ice. Garnish with a mint bouquet.
