Puglia is an enduringly undiscovered treasure in the sun-swept region of southern Italy offers both gastronomic pleasures and beautiful vistas. Exquisite organic cuisine, a sun-drenched coastline, ancient olive groves, Baroque cathedrals and the iconic Trulli, this is Puglia.

This spectacular southern region of Italy, also known as “the heel of the boot”, is spread lengthwise along the Adriatic and Ionian seas. It offers visitors ancient wonders as well as the gastronomic pleasures that are among its greatest treasures.

A perfect home base for all of our activities during the week is the whitewashed town of Ostuni – “the white city” – one of the most beautiful, famous towns of Puglia and regarded as an architectural jewel. Accommodations will be at a luxury boutique hotel, located in the historical centre.

This culinary experience offers a week of true authentic cuisine and culture of the region. Cooking with local and celebrated chefs, visiting beautiful coastal and hilltop towns, such as Lecce – known as the “Florence of the South” with its Baroque style architecture, Magical Alberobello – A UNESCO World Heritage Site, and the charming coastal village of Polignano a Mare, just to name a few.

From traditional trattorias to dining at Michelin-starred restaurants, there is no doubt this region is having a culinary moment – a moment that has lasted centuries.  “Farm & Sea to Table” is the way of life in Southern Italy and Puglia.

What you’ll be eating: Some of the most delicious food in Italy is grown here, so think gorgeous fat figs,  dreamy tomatoes, artichokes, sweet peppers and the freshest seafood.
