This included Alessandro Munge of Studio Munge (BSK Speakeasy at Muir, Halifax; Joni and Writers Room at Park Hyatt Toronto), Anwar Mekhayech of DesignAgency (Minami Toronto; Carversteak at Resorts World Las Vegas) and Zébulon Perron (Marcus at Four Seasons Montreal; Drake Underground, Toronto).
