Today, gazing out the tall Italianate windows overlooking Gastown’s cobblestoned streets, one can almost feel the ghosts wafting through this smartly updated gin joint, which made its own history as one of Vancouver’s first serious craft cocktail bars, circa 2009. Bustling with a mixed-age crowd and first-in-class spirits list, it has a multi-page menu that pays homage to classics new and old.
