In a wee house in the city’s west end, Rob Bragagnolo pulls from Italian roots and time in Spain where he and his wife, Caroline Chinery, captained three restaurants. So, yes, authentic paella is here (on Sundays), along with wonders from the sea: Cantabrian 00 anchovies slicked over tomato bread, charcoal-grilled octopus and diver-caught Newfoundland sea urchin.
