CUISINE: DOPO is an Italian restaurant in Calgary’s Marda Loop, inspired by owner Tony Migliarese’s mother, Rose. Chef David Leeder channels the bold, comforting flavours of Southern Italy and Calabria, layering in modern technique and refined presentation.
