CUISINE: The little sister to Montréal Plaza serves playful, ingredient-driven dishes rooted in nostalgia, blending French technique, Quebec produce and a touch of Asian influence — all in a vibrant, joy-filled room.

The restaurant is named for Charles’s mother, Juliette, and while it started as a quiet homage, by the time it came together, we saw that it had become a living reflection of her spirit — inviting, nostalgic and generous, where guests are welcomed like family and fed with care and thoughtful, beautiful food.
