Rob Granicolo believes a bar should be fun. Full stop.
At Cry Baby Gallery, the whitewashed art space up front gives way to a dark, golden-lit bar where Granicolo pairs serious drinks with a decidedly unserious attitude. Cocktails are clever, sometimes unexpected and rooted in the personality of Toronto itself — the latest menu riffs on local icons and deep cuts. It’s an approach that has taken Cry Baby to No. 6 on Canada’s 50 Best Bars 2026.
