Chef Nick Liu’s dishes tend to be personal, bountiful, generously seasoned and best shared, as apparent on the Sharing for Two section of the menu. Whole fried trout, sustainably farmed by Tottenham’s Jim Giggie, is finished with nam jim and a soy glaze. Hainanese chicken has black truffle under the skin and foie fat rice to serve. Bring friends and start with the dumplings, which are folded by hand and seasonally attuned. Excellent cocktails and well-chosen wines complete a delicious experience.
