Visitors to NYC this summer are in for a treat when art and ice cream collide to delicious effect at The Museum of Ice Cream pop-up.
.Just a few scoops from the Whitney Art Museum and the Gansevoort Street entrance to the High Line, The Museum of Ice Cream is curated by a collective of ice cream obsessed designers, artists, and friends.
Highlights include a swimmable rainbow ‘sprinkle’ pool, edible balloons, an immersive chocolate room and a collaborative massive ice cream sundae. Guests can swing on an ice cream sandwich made for two, seesaw on an ice cream scooper and find their match/favourite flavour on a custom app in Tinder Land.
The best part? Exclusive, one-of-a-kind ice cream tastings created by food futurist Dr. Irwin Adam, founder of Future Food Studio. Scoop of the Week will feature creamy creations by well-known arbiters of cool, including Black Tap and OddFellows Ice Cream Co.
Tastings are included in the price of admission. Free ice cream and designs from renowned NYC artists is the cherry on top of this modern, whimsical urban ice cream playground.
Who could resist such a cool idea?
The Museum of Ice Cream will welcome guests six days a week from July 29th to August 31st.
