Lost Souls is a white rosé negroni that pays homage to both my Indian heritage and the Italian restaurant for which I have the privilege of making cocktails. I always joke that indians and Italians are the same people, so this feels very homey to me. It’s a softer take on the negroni. When I drink it, I feel like I’m getting a whisper of my grandmother’s perfume. Although bitter, as a negroni should be, it’s deeply crushable — and a little dangerous. Perfect for day-drinking during the holiday season with family — or people who make you feel like family.
