Clockwork’s Spirit-Free Cocktails

As the post-holiday reset kicks in and wellness comes back into focus, Clockwork at Toronto’s Fairmont Royal York offers a spirit-free moment that feels polished and intentional.

It’s the end of Mindful January. Your feel-good reset has settled in — but you’re craving the ritual of a great cocktail. At Fairmont Royal York’s CLOCKWORK, there’s no need to choose between mindful drinking and impeccable craftsmanship.

The cocktail program is approached with the same intention and artistry, whether spirits are involved or not. Clockwork’s spirit-free cocktails are designed to deliver the same complexity, balance, and sense of occasion as the classics. In partnership with Seedlip — the world’s first non-alcoholic spirit — the menu features elevated, meticulously crafted drinks that feel thoughtful, celebratory, and undeniably refined.

Perfect for the sober curious, or simply dialing things back, these cocktails prove that great flavour doesn’t need alcohol — just great technique.
