Pop in for a late lunch, a midnight snack or some occasion in between, and this charming low-intervention wine bar may well tempt you to stay longer than intended. The unconventionally organized wine list is packed with rewarding obscurities. From the “punk” section, try a field blend from Romania’s Edgar Brutler, which goes well with baloney on brioche; and, under “tranquil,” don’t miss the Peter & Paul skin-contact grüner veltliner, which pairs surprisingly well with oysters.
