This new bar from the folks behind The Coldroom, El Pequeño and Bisou Bisou is an ode to the Italian art of aperitivo. Yet its menu extends far beyond Aperol Spritzes. Sbagliatos and spiked shakeratos, bitter Americanos and fluffy Garibaldis — these are drinks built for languorous summer afternoons on the large patio. A charming vintage vending machine dispenses eight different bottled Negronis, and bitter-loving drinkers can choose from a long list of digestivos. Grab a café seat and snack on a cocktail that tastes like tiramisù, or sink into a banquette and explore the deep Italian vermouth and amari selections.
