Bisou Bisou

This stylish Mediterranean-style aperitivo bar in Old Montreal is wrapped in stone walls, whitewashed brick and colourful tiles. It’s the place to go for sherry, vermouth, amari and all manner of fortified wines. Sip them by the glass or mixed in a low-ABV cocktail, like the delicate Stoneflower (manzanilla, pink vermouth, cherry and anise), which pairs well with a recently ramped-up food menu with an expanded range of classic tapas, including Spanish tortilla plus pan con tomate with boquerones.

Drink
Under Pressure, a bright red cocktail made with tawny port, Amontillado, Pimm’s No. 1 Cup and beetroot.
