Citrus & Cane is a modern tropical bar with the feel of a swanky vintage resort lounge. It’s all plush pink, rattan and luxuriant jungle art around a central bar. Behind the chill tropical vibe is a lot of cocktail nerdery going on. Vast collections of rum and house-made ingredients are poured into an ever-evolving menu (plus, off-menu drink orders are welcome). There’s an entire section of Piña Coladas, including a riff on the Old Fashioned called Don Draper’s Puerto Rican Weekend.
