Push past the cool girlies taking selfies in the whitewashed-brick gallery, because through the dark curtain at the back is a golden-lit enclave with a seductive curved bar. The whisky, agave and amari selection punches way up, and even cocktails that don’t necessarily sound good (say, the Lester Diamond, with Dillon’s gin, aperitivo, Cerignola olive, strawberry, shiso and cardamom) are actually great.
