Parlor

Parlor is decidedly a classic-cocktail den, but the first priority of this lively lounge is fun. That’s evident in the Giggle Juice menu of playful cocktails (a rye-whisky-based Danky Kang with banana liqueur and absinthe) and even extends to the Teetotaler drinks (like a cool blue Zero Suit tropical concoction). Whimsy doesn’t compromise quality, though. Classics are finely polished. A selection of top-shelf cocktails on the For the Fat Cat menu feature rare and pricey spirits. And some ingredients come from a 1,000-square-foot rooftop garden, when in season.
