Pop Wine Bar

Taking Saskatoon’s Paris of the Prairies moniker to the max, this francophile wine bar is small but mighty, with creature comforts like sink-in leather couches, generous portions of caviar and a wine list that’s flush with small-scale family producers. Flights of odd and entrancing natural wines always feature something special: natty co-ferments, vibrantly acidic pumpkin-hued skin-contact wines from the Okanagan Valley, and so on. The cocktail repertoire runs from excellent icy Martinis to crystal-clear milk punches.

On tap

Go
